First Investment To Retired in 10 Years

Andre had a dream at 16 years old to own his own home mortgage free and have 4 investment properties.. Later in life, he smashed these goals and in just 10 short years retired on a canal near the beach! 

 

Andre has been working with investment coaches and mentors at Positive Real Estate since 2010. In this episode he shares the highs and lows, the lessons learned, and what differences he’s found in doing real estate investing by himself versus working with a team.

From Teenage Apprentice Chippy to Two Properties at 25

Luke and his fiance Rachael acquired two properties by the time they were 25. Luke, an apprentice carpenter as a teenger, had always had a goal to buy real estate as soon as possible.

From Late 30’s Beginner to Property Expert (With Amanda Alba)

Amanda Alba started her property career a bit later than most, previously living in Spain running a business. She had her daughter Melisa overseas, deciding to come back to Australia after finding it rough and being home sick.
