Luke and his fiance Rachael acquired two properties by the time they were 25. Luke, an apprentice carpenter as a teenger, had always had a goal to buy real estate as soon as possible.
On this episode, he describe the big decisions he and Rachael made along the way. Including the decision to rentvest (renting and buying an investment property instead of buying a PPR) and to join Positive Real Estate and have access to the 6-Star Team that guides each investing decision.

Amanda Alba started her property career a bit later than most, previously living in Spain running a business. She had her daughter Melisa overseas, deciding to come back to Australia after finding it rough and being home sick.
After always having a hidden passion for property, upon Amanda’s return to Australia she had decided to get her real estate license and get started into something she genuinely enjoyed.
A few years down the track she's a incredible Property Consultant at Positive and at the top of her game. If there’s one thing for sure, Amanda Alba has done it all and has been through thick and thin. She shares her lessons and roadblocks that have helped shape her to where she is now.

But in true investor fashion, he didn’t let this experience stop him from investing in real estate. Kel’s experiences taught him the value of a mentor - someone who is emotionally detached from your experiences and portfolio - and how this relationship has contributed to his success.
