Louise Carr has been in real estate for 28 years! Having purchased 3 properties by the time she was 26, you would think it would be all financial smooth sailing from there, right? Of course not! On this episode, Lou shares the wild ride of property investing, from her time in property management, growing up on a farm (which the bank repossessed), buying at the top of the market in areas that didn’t perform, and the role of wealth when it comes to raising children.
You’ll definitely notice Lou’s dog wanted to be a part of the episode, and found a way to be included! Persevere though, Lou’s wisdom is incredible.
